Will It Arrive On Time?
If you need your item fast. We can ship express or priority mail. Contact us before making your purchase or use our shipping upgrade link in our shop.
Do You Combine Shipping?
Yes, we do combine shipping. If, you order more than one item it will save you on shipping. It is automatically calculated for you.
Do You Ship International?
Yes, all of our items can be shipped to any country. The price is already calculated for you. You must add on insurance. We will contact you with the amount.
What If An Item Is Damaged In Shipping?
We insure all of our USA packages. If, it arrives damaged take the box and item to your local post office and they will assist you in the claims process. Do not return it to us.
International items are not insured. You have to pay extra if you want a fragile item insured. Contact us to add insurance to your shipping costs.
Response Time To Messages
General response time is within 24 hours Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. est with Sunday off
Messages posted after 6 p.m. est will be answered the following day
